When you’re caught in the daily grind, navigating end-of-year busyness, it can be hard to remember your big why. You’ll reconnect to what you value most in your leadership.
If everything is urgent, it’s hard to know what to do first. You will look at how you’re spending your time and identify simple actions you can take to focus on what matters.
Don’t let your inner critic get in the way of your goals & dreams! I’ll share favorite tips and tools for moving beyond limiting beliefs and self-doubt.

"Amanda brings out the best in people and is so fun to work with! I walked away from my sessions with Amanda thinking in fresh ways, with greater conviction and perspective. As a result, I got clear on my vision and purpose for leadership in my work, and had difficult conversations with a greater sense of confidence and compassion than before. There were many times I felt stuck in my leadership and found myself counting down the days until I had another coaching session. Jump in and work with Amanda! You won't be disappointed."

"Amanda will arm you with concrete skills to be your most bad-*ss self! I hired Amanda as a coach because I wanted the clarity to do what I needed to excel as a leader and help my organization thrive. I felt like I was self-sabotaging my schedule. As a result of coaching, I have more clarity and confidence. Amanda is the best cheerleader you’ll ever have!"

"I liked the mix of theoretical and practical in Amanda's training - I especially loved the real life examples used to help bring the points home. Amanda's visuals were also great, and got the key points across.
She did a great job of speaking to us as if we're a person she knows--as opposed to an audience of a million people.
Nice work, Amanda!!!"
